Shipping Information
All shipments are via United Parcel Service. Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. Our standard method of shipping within the continental United States is UPS Ground. When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Oversized and overweight packages may incur additional charges and service restrictions. You may also choose to upgrade to Expedited delivery for an additional charge (see chart below).
You will be notified before we process your order if actual shipping charges vary from the estimated amount on your order.
John's Fifth Avenue is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, duties, or delays imposed by customs. Those charges are your responsibility. We also cannot tell you what tariffs, taxes or duties in your country are. Contact your local customs office for those details.
