Returns
In order for John's fifth Avenue to continue to offer the best possible prices, it is necessary to adhere to our return policy without exception. If you have any questions regarding our policy, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Returns must be in new condition, with all original accessories and packaging included. When returning items, please make certain that they are packaged properly and insured for the value of the item. When sending back an item, please include a copy of your receipt and a note stating what you would like done (i.e. exchange or credit).  Please note that we do not refund for shipping. Shipping costs for returned items will be incurred by customer.
